PT Selaras Anaam Sena is proud to organize Human Factors & Investigation Training for the Reliability Department of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur in Bontang. This training aims to improve understanding of human factors in industrial operations, strengthen self-awareness, and optimize work reliability and safety.
In achieving the goals expected by PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, the in-house activities must of course be accompanied by facilitators who are experts in their fields and have very adequate experience and competence to share their knowledge and experience. Among them are Mr. Prita Widjaja (Supervisory Board of Human Factors Indonesia), Mr. Widura Imam Mustopo (UI Psychology Lecturer), and Mr. Ony Soerjo Wibowo (KNKT Senior Investigator). The event was also attended by the CEO of PT Selaras Anaam Sena, Mr. Muhammad Falah Putra N.
The in-house training took place from Monday, February 3, 2025 to Thursday, February 5, 2025 and was attended by 17 participants. The event began with a pre-test before the delivery of material by the facilitator. With active participation, interactive discussions, and positive evaluation results, this training is a real step in building a safer and more reliable work culture.
Participants gave a positive response to the training and materials, in the aspects of: The quality of the material, the suitability of the material with the development of technology, the relevance of the material to the job, and the clarity of the material.
We express our highest appreciation to PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, especially the Training team and participants from the Reliability Department. For their collaboration and enthusiasm in participating in this training. Hopefully the knowledge gained can be applied to improve operational performance, and we hope to continue collaborating in the future.
